Congratulations to JULIA McDONNELL, from the
 Lake Havasu Area Chapter, for being selected the
 2011 Arizona State Member of the Year!

Special thanks to 2012 National President BOBBIE NELSON, and
2012 Region IV Vice-President BARBARA ASBURY for attending
the Arizona State meetings and Installation Dinner.

The 2012-2014 Strategic Plan for the Arizona State Chapter
will give you an idea of the direction the state is headed to
further support the local chapter leadership and members.
The first four "Key Issues" have been established, with
 2012 Strategic Action Strategies in place. The other two Key
Issue areas will be discussed further during 2012, and 2013
Strategic Action Strategies established.

In November in Anaheim, the National Governing Board
approved the Model Bylaws for BRGs, the Business Resource
Group alternative structure for chapters previously considered
"distressed" chapters
